I get tripped the fuck out when I'm hammering through a forest on a carless glass smooth asphalt path and I notice that the trees on the side of the hill are all perpendicular to the norm.

Hiding in the shadows

Good afternoon from Florence, where I've instituted a daily hill ride to maintain sanity. This particular run involves passing cars on the way down, on streets that smell of two stroke engine.

The Super Champion lighter is both my bottle opener and social networking tool. "Incendino", as they call it.

And I got a new hat, in cow print. Beard still in full effect. Miss you guys.

Off to the Worlds..

I think I may have used that post title some time last year around this time.
Brandon and I were taking our bikes and going to Lagunaseca rec centre to watch the BMX Racing World Championships... Well, I'm heading over there again. This time to watch Brandon race. The BC Track racing provincials will be held at the 333m outdoor velodrome this weekend.

I'm pretty stoked to go cheer on a close friend, and hopefully see some Victoria friends as well. Vixens, I'm looking in your direction.

Oh. in other news. I need some Tarp material.

If I'm not back in half an hour, look for the yardsail of bottles and cans on the cobbles of Victoria.
