My excuse is that a twonie race costs $68
Yes, you have to race a few races in a year to pay for the Cycling BC licence. You can't always give a fake licence number.
For Sale:
2010 Race License, the usual scrapes, but straight and true with no dents or dings. Standard card design for conventional wallets. Used only once.
