Vancouver-> Squamish -> Indian Arm -> Buntzen sounds like a job for cross due to the road leg. Anyways that's what I'll bring. I've been up and over the Squamish -> Indian Arm leg... it was hard for the VW Golf i was riding in but ought to be pretty doable on 35s.
my understanding is there is no access from north indian arm to buntzen unless hiking. and the hiking trail is definitely not one you could carry a bike on let alone ride. even morgan. and the road that runs to coquitlam lake is gated/guarded as it's watershed. so it's an out and back trip from squamish.
so there might be more appropriate spot for a discussion. I will leave that in Morgans capable hands. I was thinking of the race that they do when this was mentioned. I have head it is kayak to end and ride to whistler. I would love to canoe (2+2bikes per canoe) then do the ride. I was prety sure that would be doable.
I was thinking it would be an out-and-back, with a night in the middle. Cross or MTB for me, if I have at MTB by then it's gonna take some deciding for sure. What tires do you run on your 29er, savage?
A journey into the mindset of four multi-disciplinary bike nerds. Riding dirty, breaking shit, fixing it, nerding it out, styling it up, passing it on, and arguing about it on the Internet.

29er has some 2.1 crossmark Maxxis tires. pump them up and they roll pretty decent on the pavement. pretty good on gravel/hard pack. not great in mud.
Will be back April 28th and pretty much ready to go any time about a week after that..
