so you can't skid the KHS?
I offered to demonstrate a skid stop but he declined. The fine is $109, $84 if paid within 30 days, but I'm going to take it to court.

I mailed my dispute two weeks ago, so I should get notice of the court date soon.
I received the confirmation that my dispute letter arrived in Victoria. Now waiting for a court date.
